I am adjusting some practices based on your recommendations as we have been running into some of the very problems you discussed.
The hours usage charts combined with the sport or play happening was very interesting, much easier to understand and read compared to what I’ve been cobbling together to present to my management as to why we need increased maintenance on our highest use fields. Typically we have been doing a level 1 on most of our inventory and something in between level 2-3 for our highest use and have seen significant decline in the last few years.
I appreciate your expertise and my staff learned almost as much as I did in addition to validating some of what we do on a regular basis.
