There were several areas that gave my coworker and I areas to think about creative ways to improve how we approach our jobs. Additionally, I found it very helpful that you provided your perspective on the challenges municipalities face with budgets and attitudes when it comes to cost and ideas as to what it takes to maintain a well groomed playing facility.

The crew found your seminar very informative and we are instituting practices learned in the seminar in our daily maintenance program for the fields. Obviously funding / manpower is an issue in most municipalities but we feel we are better prepared and can be more productive with our time based on the information provided.
